    干燥灭菌热老化试验箱  使用方法

       1、将被干燥的物品放入老化试验箱内,关好箱门后接通电源。

       2、把电源开关拨至‘开’处,此时电源指示亮灯,数显控温仪有数字显示。

       3、控温仪设定见附1。控温仪显示箱内有温度,一般情况下,加热90min后温度控制进入恒温状态。(注意:智能型控温仪参照下面‘操作方法’)

       4、当所需工作温度比较低时,可采用二次设定方法,如需工作温度80℃时,第一次可设定70℃,等温度过冲回落时,再第二次设定80℃,这样可降低甚至杜绝温度过冲现象,使箱内温度尽快进入恒温状态。

       5、根据不同的物品,不同的潮湿程度,选择不同的干燥温度和时间。

       6、干燥结束后,把电源开关拨至‘‘关’’处,但不能马上打开箱门取出物品,小心烫伤,可先打开箱门降低箱内温度再取出物品。

    注意事项

       1、箱外壳必须有效接地以保证使用安全。

       2、使用完毕后应将电源关闭。

       3、老化试验箱无防爆装置,不得放入易燃易爆的物品。

       4、老化试验箱应放在具有良好通风条件的室内,在其周围不可放置易燃易爆的物品。

       5、箱内物品放置切勿过挤,必须留出空间,以利热空气循环。

       6、箱内外应经常保持清洁。

       7、当使用温度在150~300℃时,关机后应先将箱门打开降低箱内温度。

    结构概述

       热老化试验箱是在原系列产品改型后的系列产品,此产品改型后,节能、美观实用,容积100升、140升两种规格。非规格可更根据用户要求可特别加工,所有规格的老化试验箱外壳体均采用优质钢板焊接而成、表面烘漆,内室钢板喷涂耐温银粉漆制成或不锈钢制成,设有二至五成搁板。中间装有支架转盘,保温层采用超细玻璃棉隔热。箱门设有双层玻璃观察窗,工作室与箱门连接处装有耐热石棉绳,以保证工作室与箱门之间密封。老化试验箱的电源开关、控温仪等操作件均集中于箱体前面左侧的控制处,按指示标操作。

       箱内加热恒温系统装有风机、电加热器、合适的风道结构和控温仪组成,当接通电源时,风机同时运转将直接置于箱内后侧的电加热产生的热量通过风道形成循环风,经过工作室内干燥物品再吸入风机,如此不断循环使温度达到均匀。

       控温仪为智能数显显示,具有控温精度高,设定温度带有保护装置和定时功能。

    用途

           供工矿企业,化验室科研单位作老化、干燥、烘培、熔蜡、灭菌之用。


    Usage

    1. Put the dried items into the aging test box, close the box door, and then turn on the power.

    2. Turn the power switch to the "on" position, and at this time, the power indicator light will be on, and the digital temperature controller will have a digital display.

    3. The temperature controller setting is shown in Attachment 1. The temperature controller displays the temperature inside the box. Generally, after heating for 90 minutes, the temperature control enters a constant temperature state. (Note: For intelligent temperature controllers, refer to the 'Operation Method' below.)

    4. When the required working temperature is relatively low, a secondary setting method can be used. If a working temperature of 80 ℃ is required, the first setting can be 70 ℃. When the temperature overshoots and falls back, the second setting can be 80 ℃. This can reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of temperature overshoot, allowing the temperature inside the box to enter a constant temperature state as soon as possible.

    5. Choose different drying temperatures and times based on different items and varying degrees of humidity.

    6. After drying, turn the power switch to the "off" position, but do not immediately open the box door to remove the item. Be careful of burns. You can first open the box door to reduce the temperature inside the box before removing the item.

    matters needing attention

    1. The outer shell of the box must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.

    2. After use, the power should be turned off.

    3. The aging test chamber does not have explosion-proof devices and must not contain flammable and explosive materials.

    4. The aging test chamber should be placed indoors with good ventilation conditions, and flammable and explosive materials should not be placed around it.

    5. The items inside the box should not be placed too tightly, and space must be left to facilitate the circulation of hot air.

    6. The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean regularly.

    7. When the operating temperature is between 150 ℃~300 ℃, the box door should be opened first to reduce the temperature inside the box after shutdown.

    Structural Overview

    The thermal aging test chamber is a series of products that have been modified from the original series. After the modification, this product is energy-saving, aesthetically pleasing, and practical, with a capacity of 100 liters and 140 liters. Non standard aging test chambers can be specially processed according to user requirements. The outer shell of all specifications of aging test chambers is made of high-quality steel plates welded and baked on the surface. The inner chamber steel plates are coated with heat-resistant silver powder paint or made of stainless steel, and are equipped with 20% to 50% shelves. The middle is equipped with a support turntable, and the insulation layer is insulated with ultra-fine glass wool. The box door is equipped with a double-layer glass observation window, and the connection between the studio and the box door is equipped with heat-resistant asbestos rope to ensure sealing between the studio and the box door. The power switch, temperature controller and other operating components of the aging test box are concentrated at the control point on the left side of the front of the box, and operated according to the indicator.

    The heating and constant temperature system inside the box is equipped with a fan, an electric heater, a suitable air duct structure, and a temperature controller. When the power is turned on, the fan operates simultaneously, and the heat generated by the electric heating directly placed at the back of the box is formed into circulating air through the air duct, which is then sucked into the fan after drying items in the workshop
